Refunds for paid game access
Word Wonderland is sold by Naeem Jamil through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy, including applicable consumer cancellation rights and refund periods. Please read that policy for the rules applicable to your purchase. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
How to request a refund
Visit paddle.net to locate your purchase and request a refund. Have your purchase email address and transaction or receipt reference available. Paddle handles the request and payment return under its policy.
One-time payments
The $3 USD purchase provides one calendar month of access. The $9.99 USD lifetime purchase or upgrade provides access with no scheduled expiry for the operating lifetime of the service. Neither renews automatically, and previous one-month payments are not deducted from the upgrade price. There is no recurring subscription to cancel. Refunded purchases no longer qualify for paid game access.
