1. Seller and agreement

Word Wonderland is provided by Naeem Jamil, the seller with whom you contract for access to the games. By continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. Purchases and account registration must be handled by a parent, guardian or other adult with legal capacity to enter this agreement. Children should play under adult supervision.

2. Games and paid access

The main menu and one sample round are free without registration. More words require an account and verified payment: $3 USD for one calendar month or $9.99 USD for lifetime access. Both are one-time purchases, not automatically renewing subscriptions. Existing one-month members may purchase the lifetime upgrade for $9.99 USD; previous payments are not deducted. The final checkout shows any applicable taxes and the total payable. Access begins when payment is confirmed. One-month access ends one calendar month later; lifetime access has no scheduled expiry and lasts for the operating lifetime of the service.

Keep account credentials confidential and provide accurate account information. Access is for personal educational use; do not share, resell or bypass paid-access protections.

3. Payments and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for refund requests. Payment questions can be raised at paddle.net.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud, send spam, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, probe security, scrape the service, interfere with other users or circumvent technical limits. Do not reverse engineer or redistribute the service except where the law expressly allows it.

5. Intellectual property

Naeem Jamil retains ownership of the service’s software, documentation, branding and original content. Third-party recordings, libraries and other materials remain owned by their respective rights holders and are subject to their licences and displayed credits. Payment grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the purchased access period, not ownership of its content.

6. Availability and educational use

Games are educational practice tools, not a guarantee of learning outcomes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, connection problems and service changes may affect availability. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or repeated or serious policy violations. One-month access also ends when the purchased month expires; lifetime access has no scheduled expiry. Any refund rights remain subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy.
